So apparently, Jester had bought out every bakery in Nicodranas, then put that magic haversack of hers to good use and brought them all with her, because there were. So many boxes of pastries at home. So many.

Beau wouldn't admit to bringing an entire box to work with her this morning just to mess with that one annoying early Monday regular who'd started telling everyone within earshot about her calorie count and all the times over the weekend where she'd oh so virtuously turned down some snack one of her friends had offered her, but ...

Well, she was eating a bear claw very deliberately and smirking, and a woman currently on the elliptical kept making horrified noises, so. Draw your own conclusions.
