Rey, being a resourceful person who tended to figure things out freakishly fast, actually wasn't having much trouble being a pony. It sucked, but it was only for a couple days and she was managing all right, so she'd deal.

She was even getting some actual work done today, even if she had to accept more help from her gremlin assistant than normal. He was definitely getting extra pay (in the form of shiny spare parts) today.

Steve came trotting in from the gym and gave Rey a grin. "Thanks for leaving the door open."

"Helps with the hooves," Rey said, looking up. "I like the outfit."

And now she was going to be a little concerned with her lack of one.

"Thanks," Steve said, grinning. "I woke up like this."

Along with wings that were normally just on his helmet.

"Seriously?" Unfair, island! "I wouldn't mind waking up with clothes..."

"Much better than trying to put them on after," Steve agreed.

"I don't think that would go well for most of us," Rey said, after trying to imagine how that would even go.

"Probably not," Steve agreed. "How's your gremlin buddy doing?"

"Good. Picking up my slack, luckily," Rey said.

"Because he has paws...claws...hand things?" Steve said.

"It's still unfair that you got clothing," Tony informed him. A tie didn't count.

"You got a goatee," Steve countered, laughing.

"Well, I have one normally too."

"Yes, but I've never seen a pony with one," Steve said. "Not that I've been looking closely."

"You have your uniform on," Tony said with a little laughing sigh.

[heroic_jawline]

"I do," Steve confirmed, "but the wings are on my back and not my head."

He laughed long and hard. "I just realized I can fly and you can't."

"Have you tried?" Real questions here. "And can we film it?"

"I've tried but you can film it," Steve said. "Nerd."

"You know, you can call it a wash day due to extenuating circumstances," Tony remarked. Because, well, pony.

"I know. But I'm actually mostly getting things done," Rey told him. "And it saves me from stomping around at home."

[imafuturist]

"Fair," he granted her with a weird little gesture with his hoof.

"How are you doing with this?" Rey wondered.

"Would believe it's not even the first time I've been a pony?" Mind you, it wasn't a talking one then.

"This has happened before?" Rey asked, slightly concerned that this was another thing she should be Preparing For.

"Well, you know how sometimes people turn into animals?" Well, fate thought Tony Pony was hilarious.
