Apparently one of the side effects of having been a raccoon for a month, and then wrapped up in various other transformations and assorted drama meant that you missed the back half of when your favorite caffeinated beverage was sold.
And this was how Octavia ended up sitting at a corner table, nursing a disappointing peppermint mocha instead of the PSL she'd come in for.
