Diaz & Ass., Monday [02/01].
Expecting a pretty quiet morning in light of a pretty quiet weekend, Rosa was making her way through probably way too much coffee while idly scrolling through her emails, mostly getting rid of spam and junk and briefly considering a few things that might be worth their time when something actually did grab her attention, cause her to sit up a little bit, and reach for a small notepad to jot a few things down as she read through the email several times and pursued some of the photographs and additional information attached to it.
She leaned toward her computer as she went tumbling down a follow-up rabbit hole of research, made a few phone calls, checked a few maps, filled a few more pages of notes.
She might...actually have something good here, something that was not only interesting and engaging but also seemed like a pretty tough case to crack. And the information provided to her so far seemed to be just the very tip of a much larger, darker iceberg.
By the time she got back to the last cup of coffee she'd poured, it had gone cold, but she didn't seem to notice and/or care at the moment.
Diaz & Ass. is open!
