Turtle & Canary; Wednesday [02/17].
Since the store seemed to be relatively quiet (although still very noticably pink, with all the extra Valentine's Day merchandice sitting front and center and drastically discounted in an effort to get rid of it sooner rather than later) and he was still feeling rather inspired from the past weekend, Shunsui spent his time between naps and customers attempting to compose a few new poems for the turtle and the canary.
"You are hard outside," he tried thoughtfully,
but soft and tender within
Like a coconut."
Yeah, didn't quite have the same finesse to it, did it? Shunsui just hoped that Jaye-chan would be delighted if she were to know how much more effective she was as a muse than the store pets.
