The rate of lobster-related incidents seemed to have gone down a little, but Rosa was not exactly about to let her guard down, to be lured into a false sense of lobster-free security. But if it was finally starting to peter out into its natural end, she wouldn't complain.
Well, actually, she might. She sort of hated it, but she also liked having something to keep her on her toes since last week, even if it was supremely stupid.
But speaking of stupid, she had some emails to sort through, and one she almost immediately deleted on sight because it was the same person who contacted her about that Tootonabon case, but the subject line read: DOES NOT INVOLVE CHICKENS I PROMISE, so it had her intrigue.
Can you prove it? was all she sent back.
And when the response came back later with some definitiely not chicken-related photographs, she definitely had something new to keep her mind off of lobsters.
