Covent Garden Flowers; Tuesday [03/16].
If emotional whiplash was a thing, Astrid was definitely feeling that today, after the weekend she'd had, but, going through the sketchbook she'd filled over the last few days, she had to admit...there was a lot of good work that came out of it, especially yesterday, when she just seemed so incredibly mad at the universe.
Today, she was feeling a little numb after all of it, really, which was fine. She wasn't sure if the flowers had experienced the same sort of dramatic mood swings that the rest of the island had felt, but they were quiet and....well, normal flowers today, although there was no denying a certain abundance of shamrocks scattered around the place in general, so when Astrid wasn't going through her drawings from the weekend or making a few new ones, she was idly searching through them for any four-leafed clovers.
It didn't particularly surprise her that she didn't find any.
