Blissfully unaware of any weirdness this weekend, Miguel headed into work as normal.
He got his coffee.
He stared at the specials board, which the cook had already written today. "I don't get it. Are we testing the oven?"
The cook gave him a look, shared a shrug with the dishwasher, and went back to work.
Miguel sighed and got more coffee.
Today's Specials
Twice baked french toast
Twice-cooked chips
Resurrection rolls
Luke's was open!
