Jesse did not own any pink clothing.
Or rather, she hadn't.
How she'd found pink jeans would be a mystery for the ages. The pink tank top was definitely something Summer would wear. Even Jesse's nails were presently pink.
Finding all that stuff had taken two full days. But now she was back in the office, doing her usual paperwork, while Nina the assistant stared at her like she'd just grown a second head.
"Are you sure you don't need to take a week off?"
"Seriously, I'm fine. Better than fine, actually."
