The Photo Hut - Thursday
It was Liz’s first day in charge of running her own shop.
Today’s shift mostly involved unpacking her equipment and general tidying since it looked like the store hadn’t been used in a good while but she was also taking the opportunity to run inventory and figure out if there anything she needed to order. She also had several boxes of stock that had been delivered recently to the store that had looked like they had been building up for a while and when she opened them realised they were holiday themed prints and decorations.
She supposed it was October and yes she knew her previous job had involved battling the forces of the supernatural and Halloween had played a big part in the festivities at the BPRD but these decorations seemed a little excessive.

Which, to be fair, he felt that way about a lot of the random shops scattered throughout the island.
He then noticed all the boxes and the stuff slowly making their way out of them.
"Need any help with any of that?"

She glanced at the pile of boxes that she still had to go through, “actually I’d appreciate the help, I wasn’t expecting so many boxes to be here already,”

He laughed a little, then seemed to hone his focus in on exactly where to start and, once a box had been selected, he grinned back over to her. "You used to go to school here, too? That's awesome; me, too! Except," he laugh went a little sheepish, his cheeks a little pink, as they usually did when reminded of how he was still kind of pretty young around here, "it's closer to two years ago than ten..."

She paused, tilting her head as she looked at Prompto, “how long have you been into photography?” she’d figured based on his reaction to the store being open it was safe to assume he was passionate about it.

"Oh, man," he said, shaking his head as if marveling over the idea, "ever since I was a little kid! Photography was everything to me, I'd take pictures of my whole neighborhood, my school, pretty much anything that would sit still....and a log of things that didn't."
He chuckled a little, looking down into the box with his nostalgia now touched with a little sadness, because, well, for the longest time, his camera was pretty much his only friend...
But not wanting to dwell on that, he started taking things out of the box and tilted his head at Liz. "How about you?"
He, too, assumed that if she was going to be running the shop, she'd at least have a passing interest.
