There was some kinda school trip thing going on. That meant Margo was postponing their party for another week. And it meant she had some time to kill to work on something more important: escaping to Fillory and getting this quest on the road.

They hadn’t heard back from Quentin, but she wasn’t surprised. It fit the way shit always rolled for them.

So she opened up the store, and put down a sign that said ‘pay here and yeah I’ll fucking know if you don’t’ over a basket on the counter. Then she retreated to her seat with a book on travel magic and the Portalocity app on her phone.

They’d figure something out.
