After two weeks of back-and-forthing with the new club in Baltimore, Lucifer had finally found the time and peace of mind to sit down behind the piano again. It had been a bit and a half, so he was trying to get back into it with some basic Beatles-Elton John-mishmash.
It felt nice, his fingers moving over the keys, the bright sound coming out of the piano. It was a good one.
He was glad he'd stopped buying the novelty ones.
