"A bunch of cities got hit by snow over the last few days. Predictably, the residents were unprepared because of unseasonably warm weather lately. Gotta love global warming. However, the cities were also unprepared, and while they've been out handling the roads, they have not yet cleared the sidewalks by their parks."
"Why does this matter? Because not everyone who's disabled has a bad-ass prosthetic like my arm," she said bluntly. "They may use mobility aids, or just get along the best they can, and a snow and ice covered sidewalk? Does not allow them to get to the store or to public transit."

They also take applications for helping out private citizens who cannot clear their own walkways or driveways for a variety of reasons, and don't have the money to pay someone else to do it for them."
