And so it would seem that day that Shunsui could not see the store for all the trees.
He wasn't particularly sure on whose shoulders such a thing would fall on: leftover from Astrid-chan's stint as temporary manager? Summer-chan still getitng back into the swing of things after her little space excursion? Apu-san going unsurprisingly overboard in the arbitrary celebration of such things? Or merely the store, with its usual excessive sense of humor?
Whatever the case may be, it was like walking through a vertiable winter wonderland of Christmas trees in able to just make it to the counter, where a glance over the store at several tree toppers poking up over the shelves told him that this was indeed spread throughout the entire store, so he figured he'd at least have to make his way over to the boozy aisle at least once to ensure he had a good supply to get him through this one, because he had no plans to leave the counter if he could help it.
Granted, that would have been true even if the store wasn't filled with Christmas trees to hinder mobility, too, but still!
