Wanda had a received a very belated Christmas card from Thor, which she found incredibly sweet. Especially since neither of them really celebrated the holiday, but still! The effort was nice.

She put it up on display near the cash register and wondered if she could convince the remaining Avengers to do a cheesy holiday card one year. It'd be good PR! Annie taught her that was important.

Should Steve be upstate today? Yes, but upstate included meetings about strategy and committee hearings and how the United Nations worked; going in endless circles about what country wanted what and if they got it, how that would annoy five other countries, so Steve said he was stuck here and made Natasha go instead.

He'd feel guilty about it later, but for now he was grinning at the fantastic holiday card Thor had send to Wanda. "That is amazing," he said, pointing.

"Only a month late," Wanda said. "I'm kind of impressed he even remembered. But I guess they have Yule in December, right? That might have reminded him."

"It was very thoughtful," Steve said.

[scarlet_chaos]

"Yeah, but now I'm dying for a cheesy group photo," Wanda said. "With all of us in holiday pajamas, maybe."

"Oooooh," Steve said, eyes wide and excited. "Does it have to be for Christmas?"

"That's traditionally when they're done," Wanda said. "I've never gotten a St. Patrick's Day card with a family dressed in shamrock pajamas."

"But think of how grumpy Rhodey would look in a pair," Steve said gleefully.

He was going to start talking about teambuilding now, Wanda.

"I mean, that might make everything worth it," Wanda admitted. "Thor would be up for anything, at least."

"Thor is definitely the easiest that way," Steve said. "Tony will claim an allergy to polyester or matching outfits."

"I somehow get the feeling you'd still be able to convince him," Wanda said with a grin. "Now Clint, on the other hand..."

Steve laughed. "He's alllll you. He has to have done stupider things to make his kids happy, right?"

"I mean, yeah, of course," Wanda said. "He might deny it, but all dads do that. It's like their job. I'm sure you do it all the time as a dog dad."

Steve's cheeks went pink. "Yeah, there's been a few things. Patriot sleeps in the shield now."

"Aww!" That did sound really adorable, though probably not great in an emergency. "You, Tony and Patriot should do a holiday card in themed pajamas for sure."

"I'm kind of surprised we haven't," Steve admitted.
