The axes were still plastic. This didn't come entirely as a surprise to Octavia, what with the whole 'sleeping with the Tuesday host' thing and all, but she still somehow found herself a little disappointed to find out it was still the case today. Not that she'd been planning to actually go throwing axes tonight, but it was the principle of the thing. This wasn't a bar for kids.
Anyway, she considered putting a sign up in the range to offer to borrow knives for throwing instead, but decided she didn't feel that strongly about it.
Maybe someone would try and throw the plastic axes anyway, and maybe that would be entertaining.
