The axes were still plastic and so Lucifer's mood was still somewhere in the stratosphere - which the contractors finishing up his new club in Baltimore made note of.
"I'm thinking we'll need more flowers for the opening," he said. "And multiple ice luges. Also? Decorative plastic axes."
Beat.
"No, I'm not explaining to you why, I'm paying you to get them. And I want Eric Northman put on the guest list..."
Tiny sighed and put down the sheet music for the piano version of 'Another One Bites The Dust' Lucifer had asked for.
