The Beach - Thursday Afternoon

Thanks to a change of luck, and probably a good bit of sacrifice that night on Jon's part, Billy had actually managed to get some decent sleep last night. So much so he was actually feeling good enough to be out of the apartment and even out of the shop for once. He would have to stop to check in on Jon at some point soon if he didn't see him in the next day or two, just to make sure he was ok and taking care of himself... as much as Jon seemed capable of that is.

But for today, he was going to enjoy the turn of luck. The weather was finally moving from freezing to cool and warming up every day it seemed. And what better way to make the most of a nice and decent day so far than with a walk around the island? The cold had been a lot for Billy to deal with and he was glad it was on the way out. He was also beginning to realize just how much he missed the beach and the sand and the water.

And so if anyone was out and about they might see Billy, empty bottle in his hand and a clove cigarette in his mouth as he walked just along the edge of the wave's reach on the shore.
