Liz was trying to not feel anxious about her trip home this weekend … she knew that the last trip had been a lot and now there was the added bonus of Abe finding out she had been pregnant with Hellboy’s twins for a few days. It really wasn't a matter of if Abe found out, she knew that he'd be able to figure out everything that had gone on last week.
Instead she was focusing on finishing off her financial report from last month, since that was one of the tasks that she never got to last week with everything that had been happening and then she had been distracted by the news of the kittens so she was trying to at least get some work done before she went home for the weekend.
