Scott could have totally done without the kraken (??????????????????) drill yesterday, sure, but it actually hadn't disrupted his new little routine that badly. He hadn't even done that badly in the weird forced games thing, and he had an amazing(ly tacky) shirt to show for it now.
Granted, he was also maybe going to melt.
The air was still acting up, which was mostly just annoying until the humidity really started getting to him. Heat he could deal with, but this sticky-air feeling was disgusting.
And that's how Scott spent the better part of his shift trying everything he knew to fix an air conditioner. None of it took, of course, but whenever it did fire back up, it would at least be nicely recharged?
