The Photo Hut - Thursday
Liz had barely slept since Monday and the drinking she had done last night had not helped with how tired and miserable she felt.
She tried to focus on work, working on her photo editing skills but her mind wouldn’t focus. She kept thinking back to how much of a mess she had made of everything and that she needed to see Steven before they met for the photo shoot later that afternoon and before she headed home tomorrow morning.
She was glad to be going home, a part of her did wonder if it would be better if she just didn’t bother coming back .. at least that way she couldn’t screw things up anymore.
She stared at the computer screen, trying to focus on her work but her vision kept blurring and she had to keep blinking back tears, it was taking a lot of effort to trying not to start crying in the store.
