So this weekend had been kind of a bust, huh? At least Summer had been able to squeeze in a good space rager before having to break into Mr. Nimbus' Ocean Palace in the Marianas Trench, and squeeze in a good space spa day on the following day, but now she was back in Fandom and you know what? It was honestly good to be back in a more normal and significantly less stupid dimension again, where the only thing she had to worry about (at that moment, anyway; she definitely wasn't holding her breath that nothing weird or stupid wouldn't be happening, but she'd put money down on it at least not being that weird or stupid) but making her way through this absurdly large and sugary drink that had maybe a whisper of coffee somewhere in there amid all the sugar and chocolate and caramel and whipped cream.

And maybe enjoy a wee bit of people watching out the window while scrolling through her phone, trying to find a good sorry you got sent to jail because you were unclear on instructions and I wound up making your secret nemesis that none of us had ever heard about before stronger and he totally kicked your ass gift for her grampa.

It was honestly the least she could do.
