In honor of Graham's D&D game debuting tomorrow, Steph was putting up a new display up front, next to the random dice bin and the giant mimic plushie: So you want to be an adventurer?
A set of the core 5e rulebooks made up the centerpiece of the display, along with a small stack of the free basic rules brochures, a selection of inexpensive starter dice sets, and some basic GMing supplies: game screens, dry-erase battle mats, a couple of campaign planning journals with prompts for creating adventures and NPCs. Nothing too expensive -- well, except for the rulebooks, but those were more for the sake of the display than anything.
