For once, Lucifer wasn't preoccupied with the usual things Lucifer tended to be preoccupied with. Instead, he was paging through the various pictures he'd taken of the various gowns he'd picked out for Octavia. He wouldn't get a chance to dress her for the opera very often; he wanted to make the most of it.

Eventually, when he found himself utterly done with the whole looking-at-pictures thing, he waved Tiny away from the piano and sat down to play something extremely dramatic.

One had to find a certain drama-fueled mindset for a trip such as this, of course.
