The Perk- Saturday
The day really did seem like any other for Billy when he woke up. It all kinda felt the same that morning. He was still in Fandom. Alone. And still had his shop. If there had been any sort of 20 year jump for him (spoiler there had) it was a pretty boring and somewhat depressing one because things seemed pretty much the same as they always had.
Had Billy been aware of what was going on he would have taken the salt and pepper grey hairs as a sign that something was up with the island. But this al felt perfectly normal. Routine in a way. And so like every other Saturday pretty much for the past few years anyways, Billy headed to The Perk to get some caffeine before deciding whether to go to the shop or head over to the Community Center to see what was going on with the big reunion thing.
But for now, he was looking out the window people watching a bit as he waited for his extra large mocha coffee with extra espresso.
