Wanda rolled into the store an hour or so after she was supposed to arrive, which was gonna be a regular thing now, apparently. She had hit a breakthrough regarding the multiverse, realizing that her dreams weren't just dreams, which naturally had been very distracting. It was a miracle she remembered to wear actual clothes instead of her uniform to work.

Something was telling her bringing the Darkhold out in the open would be a Bad Idea (it was the Darkhold telling her that, it turned out), but she did bring along a notebook so she could spend her shift making notes on how this all connected.

There was a moment where she found Scott's note under the register, which just made her frown. She didn't feel like she was doing a great job, and she ended up crumpling the note in her hand and tossing it into the trash.
