Turtle & Canary; Monday [09/12].

In true Summer fashion, it was straight out of a vacation and right back into it again, what with her class that morning and everything. She'd thought, maybe, under the circumstances, of giving herself an extra day and making Stark fend for himself for the class this week, but she would have felt (under the circumstances) weirdly bad about it, and, besides, really, the fact that nothing happened over the weekend that wasn't what was supposed to happen was a goddamn miracle, and any attempts to extend the celebration further would have only been tempting horrible fate to do something....well, horrible.
So she'd had a nice weekend where the world wasn't even threatened at all (not that she was aware of, anyway!), and now she was back to it, feeling like she could finally focus on figuring out the logistics of Annie's bachelorette party.

Once she could stop focusing on trying to fend off a suddenly very nosy Apu.

"No, I'm not showing you pictures of my trip, Apu," she insisted. "They are absolutely not even remotely safe for work."

They were, actually. Very much so, and most of them had been spammed onto her Instagram, anyway, but that wasn't the point.
