You'd think there'd be more to catch up on after a week of being an ermine, but here Irene was, already bored enough to be scrolling on her phone.

She supposed, of course, that if she'd been in less-capable hands, she'd certainly have more to deal with -- again, images of weasel-gnawed dildos and lingerie danced through her head -- but that just strengthened her resolve to come up with some sort of repayment. (Particularly, of course, in light of just how much she'd purposely pressed every one of Amaya's buttons she could find on the way out the door yesterday.)

So, with some mild reluctance, she switched away from reading about all that wonderful funeral jewelry (Victoria's brooch!) and started researching where one might find a variety of be-sticked meat to be delivered to one's beloved.

(This, she suspected, would also come in handy come February. Fool her once, et cetera.)
