Rey's warehouse- Friday afternoon

Rey felt so much better having her friends around. She could either stay on her ship or have everyone at her giant apartment that wouldn't feel so quiet now, she felt better than she had in weeks.

And while she let Poe and Rose off on their own for a bit, she wanted to bring Finn in here and have him see what it was she did. "Just wait until you see the weather on the course," she said.

Anakin led Luke into the warehouse. Luke's head tilted way back to take the entire area in. "So...this is your hobby now," he teased.

Anakin smiled. "Maybe." He called out, "Rey?"

"Yeah," Rey called from where she was talking to Finn.

Oh, seeing Luke was like the best thing right now even if it wasn't her Luke.

"Why is there weather on this thing?" Finn asked, taking in the course.

"Because sometimes you have to fight in different environments," Rey explained. "Like I've fought in snow and... well, water."

"I get that. But this is indoors, in a warehouse," he pointed out.

Luke gave her a wave. "Hi! We're here! Um, obviously."

"A little," she smiled. "This is my friend Finn."

Finn, who'd gotten warning and still looked a little confused.

"It's nice to meet you, Finn," Luke said. "I'm Luke."

"Yeah, I know," Finn said, still frowning. "This is weird."

He was used to Anakin being around. But they'd had this whole search for Luke and just... here he was.

"I mean, good to meet you."

Luke grinned. "Have you met a different me before?" he guessed.

"Rey!" Jane said, waving as the women next to her mostly just looked amused by everything going on around her.

Maybe because he already had plans for the evening.

"Anakin, come meet Valkyrie," Jane said once she caught sight of him.

"I'm the only one of my group who has," she told him, diplomatically.

"Heard a lot about you, though," Finn agreed.

"Hi," Rey called, waving her over. "Is this Valkyrie?"

"This is Valkyrie," she answered for herself. "She better have been talking me up."

"A little," Rey assured her. "I'm Rey."

She did not expect to have been mentioned.

Anakin left Luke to Finn and wandered over. "Hello," he said, smiling. "I'm Anakin."

"Rey is the one who I did some training with," Jane said like it was totally her working on things here.

"Good things, I hope," Luke said with another smile.

Valkyrie nodded, looking around the place. "Not bad. Not bad."

"The 'buddy', right?" Did she have to smirk at him like that? No. But she was doing it anyway.

"Thank you. I can take very little credit," Rey said. "Master Skywalker did the vast majority of all of this."

"The school came up with the word," Anakin said maybe a hair too quickly.

"Yeah." And some things where Finn kind of thought Rey should be more frustrated than she sounded, but he wasn't going to say that. "You're kind of a legend back there."

"That's always kind of strange to hear," Luke admitted. "I'm just me."
