Trooper Station, Friday
The Troopers were spending today marching dramatically through the station. Not with any particular purpose or destination, literally just walking back and forth across the floor so they could swish the capes dramatically. Apparently back wherever they came from you had to be super-important to merit a cape as part of your uniform so they were taking advantage of this while they could.
Watts, meanwhile, was just going to sit at his desk and try not to get his own cape all wrinkled in the process.
