A trip back to California for the holiday had been pretty great. Nice to see people again, nice to hear how they'd been doing.
Not at all making Eddie wish he was back there, on the job. With stuff to actually do.
He was doing just fine here where Chris was happy and he could keep an eye on Buck. Just. Fine.
