"It looks like we're not dealing with regular Fandom whimsy, but someone messing with the wiring again," Jesse sighed. She'd called 'whoever wants to do something about this' in to town hall, and was once again finding herself at a bit of a loss for a speech. "Our best theory is that someone back in 1995 is planning to muck around in all of our pasts."

It sounded as logical to her as anything ever did. Benefits of a Bureau education, she supposed.

"Now an intrepid group of eggheads have put together a time machine to go back and politely ask whoever this is to knock it off," she continued. "Any volunteers to go do that?"
