In high spirits after a class of flinging projectiles at castles in a variety of different ways, Amaya was ready to swing back to the shop, stoke up the forge, and get ready to practically fill the whole place with metal roses. As much as she despised the mushy holiday, there was no denying that it was pretty good for business. The roses were easy to make, sold very well, especially on her Etsy, and she actually enjoyed working on them, too, especially when she could do a few more interesting things with them, like temper-treating the metal to pull out some different colors, doing a few with damascus-style petals, and figuring out interesting ways to incorporate all the bits of woods she'd gotten from Dwight.

They were simple and familiar enough, too, that she could easy stop to take a break if anyone stopped by, and she'd been productive enough that she felt comfortable in how much she'd made so far, just in case that break just so happened to involve any new projects to get started on in the meantime.
