The Magpie Emporium; Friday [03/03].
Because Graham had gotten a little caught up and lost track of time talking with Leroy about his current relationship woes, he was running a little bit late for his shift at the Emporium, so when he finally did manage to hurry in, so quickly he might have lost his cap if he wasn't careful!, he made sure to get straight to work and work hard as he could to make up for it. Even if that meant, since Steph had also been pretty hard at work, there wasn't really much to do besides cleaning and tidying and....well, even sweeping was kind of pointless, with Little Bot, but Graham was going to extra-sweep anyway!
And not go hunting for the new shiny dice he'd read about on the radio, nope, he wasn't going to look. He was just going to keep working and thinking about stuff for the game tonight and not look for shiny dice, he was not--
"Ooooooooooooooooh, they are shiny!!"
Hey, he tried, okay? He was only human.
The Magpie Emporium is open!

Re: Shop with Graham - 03/03.
Of course the first thing he had tried baking was Indonesian empanadas and he’d also tried baking a dish called Indonesian Pie susu Bali .
There were plenty of empanadas to go round, especially because he’d been looking forward to the fame starting back up and seeing Graham again.
There were also a couple of containers just for Graham as well to enjoy before the game.
He had also made some churros, honey and hazelnut pie and shortbread cookies
“Hi,” he smiled shyly when he came round early to drop off the containers for the game that night, “I’ve brought round the food for tonight,”
Well most of it anyway.
Re: Shop with Graham - 03/03.
But would you look at that, there was something that could successfully distract Graham from new shiny dice after all! Was it the good? Guillermo himself? It was a little hard to tell, they were both doing their work there, but it had Graham pull up from where he was just trying to spin a shiny d8 like it was a top with a bright, eager grin.
"Guillermo!" he said, as if it was such a novel thing that he'd swing by early like this, but, in Graham's defense, it had been a couple weeks, which, as everyone knew, was a very long time indeed, and he rushed over to offer some assistance. "Hi! Here, let me help you!"
Re: Shop with Graham - 03/03.
“Thank you,” he said as he lowered the containers for Graham to take some, “I made extra this week to make up for the last couple of weeks,” he added shyly.

How Charlie was always so consistently cheerful might baffle people - including the Aunties who believed she should be much more serious and consider the gravity of all the ridiculous things she did (she wouldn't) - but there it was. And she was certainly going to be cheerful around Graham of all people!
Re: Shop with Graham - 03/03.
Graham, himself, was a pretty big proponent of the Cheerful-All-the-Time mindset, himself, and managed to pull it off without any effort at all most times than not. But even if he were at the absolute height of cheerfulness, he would still somehow managed to find himself that much higher with it when Charlie entered the picture.
His initial burst of glee at her arrival settled into an eager grin, leaning forward with a swing of his finger as if to seal his conviction on the next statement. "Always!" he declared. "Ready and willing and excited! What kind of UNCAGED adventures wait for us today?"

"Hello!" he chirped back eagerly, waving a hand in the air. "And welcome! To the Maaaaaaagpie Empoooor~rium!"
And, yes, there was the proper spreading of hands and waggling of fingers to accompany it.
"I'm Graham! How can I help you today?"

"Hi, Graham!"
Re: Graham's Table: Pre-Game Chatter - 03/03.
"Belle!" Yes, he perked up when he saw just about everyone, true, but he was particularly excited to see her arrival at the table that evening. "Hi! Glad you made it!"
He then shifted his eyes as if to check and see if everyone else at the table was pre-occupied, either with their snacks or their own conversations, before leaning forward and lifting a hand to his mouth, though his whisper wasn't too quiet and he wasn't even half as subtle as he thought he was being when he asked, "Are you ready for your big game debut?"

Well, it was both, if he was entirely honest, but she did get the majority of it! It had been a while, especially since he was pretty sure she hadn't gone along on the school trip.
"How's it going? It's good to see you!"

Graham's Table: Gameplay - 03/03.
"Now," he said, "it's been a while since our our last time, but, where we last left off, we were still in the throes of battle with the very stubborn bandit captain and her few lingering minions in the bushes. The intense repartee between the captain and our bard was growing more viscous with a little bit of mockery, and Amenken had just taken a little bit of a bite of a bolt! And, at this time, he would have a chance to respond immediately, but, before he can..."
Here, Graham paused, with a brow quirked at Kurt briefly before his attention shifted directly to someone else at the table, and he smirked with the thrill of a dramatic moment.
"...Belle?"
