Steve looked up from where he was trying not to nod off while completing his annual 'sexual harassment is bad' certification to see two Troopers bringing in a guy for booking.
"What happened?" he asked excitedly and listened to the rumbled response.
"You caught him shoplifting because he stopped to flirt with the woman outside the Quick Stop," he repeated. "Wow." He looked at the criminal. "You're a dumbass."
The Trooper Station was open!
