The Photo Hut; Monday [04/10].
The week after turning back from a puppy had been pretty good for Prompto, really; it almost felt like a nice reset and, even better, he'd managed to actually get some sleep while he was a dog. He felt a little bad that Liz had wound up having to carry a little extra work that week, but he liked to think he made up for it a bit once he was back.
And he'd also made up for the lack of photos he'd taken when he was a puppy, which meant, when Monday rolled around, after taking care of a few little admin things to make Liz's life easier and a few shipments and just tidying and cleaning up the place a little, he settled in at the computer, made a big deal out of stretching out and getting ready, and then hunkered in to upload all the shots and start editing and cropping and doing whatever to get them ready to post up on his stock profile.
Still just mostly cat pictures and scenery from around the island, but he'd gotten a few good squirrel ones in there this time, too, and was really proud of the Video Game Aesthetic set he'd thrown together with all his gamer gear.

"How's everything been upstairs?"

"Would you like to give her a hold?" she asked her smile widening as she held Noctra gently towards Prompto.

Noctra gurgled happily, even though she seemed to be more interested in her father’s hands than in photos.

"Now I wonder if Rain would agree with the ones Noctra would pick out as her best," he mused with a chuckle.

He figured that was a much more diplomatic opening than just pointing out that he looked a little lost.

And, with that, he hopped over the counter (still, apparently, allergic to just walking around it) to join Cutter.
"You mean, like, an archeological dig or something?" he asked, although he wasn't sure what other kinds there could be. Gardens? Graves? Maybe the dude just really liked holes, who knew.

"Investing in a new camera," Prompto said with a grin, "is never a bad idea! So probably something durable, that can handle travel. With a good detail lens on it. Do you work mostly in one specific kind of climate, or would we want something for all kinds of weather?"
