Graham had had so much fun with Boop last week that he figured it wouldn't hurt to maybe check out a few other games around the shop and see how he liked those, as well! It was tricky, though, really, when you didn't really have anyone to play with and there were just so many. Where do you even begin? But he had to admit that a game about gardens, of all things, caught his eye, just because it seemed so different as a game concept.

Of course, he couldn't really play it by himself, but he looked over the rules and found that it was much different than what he thought it was going to be, and just decided it would be more fun to just pretend that all he had to do was arrange all the garden cards in an appealing fashion, and that was it, that was the whole game.

The counter was absolutely covered in garden cards now, but Graham was proud of his imaginary garden, with so many gazebos and fountains, and he was then taking some of the miniatures and marching them through this collaborated landscape, having lovely little strolls, which, of course, eventually lead into them having conversations and garden parties and now he was definitely just playing pretend instead of, you know, working or something.

But the drama and intrigue! It was all very tense and salacious, trust him!

Because who would really want to interrupt all the exciting revelations and plot twists involved in the unfolding tales of Graham's Gardens!

Well, maybe some people might. And it would probably be good for Graham if he was forced to stop for a moment and remember that he was actually here to work.

Although, let's be honest, most of his interruptions involved far less work, and a lot more eating food and flirting.

This week Guillermo had been feeling inspired to try some different chocolate themed recipes this week and he decided to make chocolate pastries, chocolate brioche buns, double chocolate shortbread and a chocolate pie.

This was on top of his usual containers of churros and empanadas and he was starting to think he should have made two trips down when he turned up for his weekly visit before the game, “hi,” he said brightly as he managed to look around his massive stack of containers that he was carrying, “I think I went a little overboard with cooking this week,” he said a bit sheepishly.

"Overboard?" asked Graham, eyes lighting up at the sight of Guillermo and all those containers when he looked up, and he laughed. "Well, then, it's a good thing I finally learned how to swim!

"Pretty sure there's no such thing," he added, fondly, as he made his way over to help Guillermo out with all of that, easily taking a good armful of the containers off his hands.

And then, for a moment, looked at the counter covered in its assortment of garden cards and miniatures and no room for food.

"Errr," he realized, "we might need to just go ahead and take it straight up to the game lounge."

Guillermo went a little red, extremely grateful when Graham took those containers and he was able to adjust his load slightly.

“Okay, upstairs it is then,” he grinned shyly, “I think we can manage that, right?”

Charlie was here for the flirting for sure. She watched through the window for a moment before she came in. "That looks fascinating!" she said. "What are you doing?"

"Oh, hey, Charlie!" said Graham, his grin a little sheepish and a splash of red across his cheeks, as if him sitting there playing pretend and make-believe would be any sort of news to Charlie. He rubbed the back of his neck a little. "It's, uh, well, I found this game, about making gardens! But the rules were a little confusing, so I just....made gardens, instead. And then these people moved in," he gestured toward the scattered assortment of miniatures, "moved in, and it's been drrraaa~aama," he flashed her a more confident grin now, "ever since!"

"Oooh!" Charlie said. "I love drama that's not mine. Tell me about it. Can I make up stuff too?"

She scanned the gardens and the miniatures. "We should put ourselves in there."

Where you can grab a game, completely ignore all the rules, and make your own dramatic garden party story, as well!

Bring your snacks, bring yourselves, bring hopefully a really good time!

Libby was there, and Libby had brought carrots and celery sticks and also some apple slices today! Try to contain your shock and surprise!

"Hey Libby!" Kurt called out with a smile as he walked over. "Long time no see... how you been since our ~~oh so handwaved OMG~~ date yesterday?"

Libby couldn't help giving a faint chuckle as Kurt came over. "I've been pretty good, she assured him. "Not much different, which is funny, isn't it, what with how long it's been. How are you?c

Kurt was also there, ready for game night. And as usual, he brought a food offering to appease the RP gods (and Graham). Tonight it was finger sandwiches of several ~~oh so moddable~~ flavors and varieties!

"Kuuurt!" Graham greeted. "My man! How's it going? Have you had a good week?"

It felt, to him, that they hadn't actually wound up with a lot of classes in common this time around, so it was particularly exciting to see him when Friday came around!

Vi had gone for the ~~easy~~ candy option this evening, hauling along several tubs of various gummies.

"Ooooh, candy!"

Graham did have a weakness for candy.

Well, okay, for most foods.

Realizing he'd sort of greeted the snacks before the person bringing them, he chuckled a little sheepishly and apologetically.

"Hey, Vi. How's it going?"

"Hey, Graham. Pretty good," Vi replied. "Could use a little less jello in my life."

Jo was running a little late to the game this week, “sorry I’m late,” she said a little breathlessly axms she carried her usual boxes of sweets and chocolates.

"Where we last left off," Graham started, sending a grin around the table once everyone was settled and it was time to begin again, "we ~~definitely got pretty far!~~ were at camp, resting and healing from our troublesome battle with the bandits that tried to attack our group. Esthrana has taken the first watch, but she is not the only one who stirs at this hour. Madame Geist has approached, with a request for a private conversation."

With that, his attention diverted to Libby. "Esthrana?"

Having had a little time to think about it, Libby met Graham's prompt with a big grin and a nod, and then she shifted her attention over to Belle, clearing her throat a little bit as if to indicate that she was definitely switching full-fledged into Esthrana's voice.

"Yes," she said, which was still more a confirmation to the prompt as a whole, but then she launched into it, "Esthrana regards Madade Geist as she approaches with a good deal of intrigue and perhaps a little bit of suspicion, but she smiles at her and nods and, for a moment, isn't really sure if she should offer a seat, but she does, gesturing toward the log on which she'd been sitting.

"'Yes, of course!' she says. 'Come and join me, tell me what is on your mind. Does it have to do with those awful bandits we encountered?'"

Belle smiled at Libby.

"Madame Geist nods in return," she said, "and sits down besides Esthrana." She lowered her voice a bit, trying to sound a bit more mysterious. " 'It does indeed. And what happened before you arrived.'"
