So the panbats from last week had turned out to be porgs who had somehow found a stash of plastic fake vampire teeth.

Watts wasn’t entirely sure what to do with this information.

This week, the issue at hand was the woman who’d come in to the station claiming she was setting up a mining operation, and would they be interested in a daily ore delivery service?

Watts pointed out that a police station had no use for raw ore, and the woman nodded, clearly disappointed, before turning on her heel and leaving.

Well. He supposed that was better than a visit from the Bee Lady? He still wasn’t sure what an Etsy was or why he needed to ‘check it out’.

Sometime in the late afternoon a parcel was dropped off by an NPC delivery person. The note attached said:

So you know I'm thinking of you and I love you. Steven.

Who had the best beau? Llewellyn Watts did, undoubtedly. At least, so far as he was concerned.

He took out his mobile phone to take a photograph of the arrangement on his desk before he plucked one of the pretzels out to enjoy as an afternoon snack.
