Although the whole patriotism of the holiday could really go fuck itself, Rosa was a pretty big fan of the Fourth of July, because it was usually that perfect mixture of summertime boldness, alcohol, fire and explosive things that just really lead to some entertaining schadenfreude that she was all about. Plus, holidays were generally great for trying to organize a few stake-outs and undercover jaunts, so today, after getting back from Blackstone's blacksmithing class and plopping the hunk of steel she'd managed to temper into a sort-of bi-flag gradient of colors on her desk, she was weeding through some job and trying to make arrangements that would place her at some random cookout tomorrow to start digging around for some information for a client.
