Amaya was a little late in opening the forge that Tuesday; apparently, the lobsters decided not to really bring it up until today that they needed to go down to the town hall because they were being naturalized as citizens that day, which only lead Amaya to wonder if that meant they now held dual-citizenship, between here and Japan, and cause her to remark, somewhat bewildered, "I don't even have citizenship in this country."

But apparently, the lobsters were officially American citizens now, and they were celebrating by hanging out in the forge with her that day with their little tiny American flags in their claws and waving them about all patriotic-like. Or just waving them about because they were lobsters, and that's sort of really all they did half the time, and Amaya was just going to shake her head and get back to work on some custom-made barbeque skewers that someone had ordered online.
