After last week’s delivery, Liz decided to go through inventory and check exactly what stock she had in store, She wasn’t going to tackle the never ending stock that seemed to be growing out the back but she thought she’d keep track of what was available in store and that was keeping her busy for most of the morning.

In between doing the inventory, she tried to catch up on the paperwork that she didn’t seem to be able to make a dent in but she was trying to catch up.
