With everything involved in moving and then settling in to a new home, Watts had had very little time lately to just… stop and enjoy a cup of coffee. So that is what he was doing today, Chinese language workbook tucked under one arm so he could peruse that as he sipped at his drink.

“I would just like a mocha,” Watts declared. “With oat milk. I do not need it in a pumpkin or to taste of pumpkin or any of that. Just the drink and a blueberry muffin.”

The barista looked like they were going to argue for a second, and then just nodded.

Watts got his drink - with no pumpkin anything and his muffin and went to find a seat.
