Steve made it into the office right on time, this time without any treats.
There was slight shifting in seats from the Troopers in their section. Steve turned and shrugged. "I don't have to bribe you with snacks for you to like me."
There was more shifting in seats as Steve went over to his desk because they didn't really like him even when he brought snacks.
The Trooper Station was open! And snack-free. Woe.
