Caritas- Tuesday

Halloween decorating was happening at Caritas, and Tino was determined to go all out. Mostly with spiderwebs. All over. On everything he could. "No no no, not on the _____!" was kind of Kitty's catchphrase tonight.

Sorry to anyone who came in before she saw her put it completely over the front doorframe. Nothing like getting clotheslined by spiderwebs.

"At least it sets up for a potential party," Tony replied. "Or a lot of caramel apples."

Kitty's eyes lit up. "Okay that's what we're doing on my shift next week."

"See? I'm a genius like that." Uh huh.

"You totally are," she said, going along with that. "You'll have to come, then."

"Picked out Halloween costumes yet?" He assumed that must be a month long process with a child.

"Lexi's changed her mind about six times in the last week, and doesn't seem pressed for time." So... no.

"...that fast?" Not everyone planned out things two months in advance, Anthony.

"There were more before the last week," she told him. "Fickle, fickle child."

"Well, I'll be sure to have plenty of candy ready for whatever she picks," he said loyally.

"Thank you. You give out the full-size stuff, right?" she totally teased.

"Have you met me?" he teased back. "Of course I do."

"We might swing by twice," she said.

"I'll make sure Steve is prepared for it," Tony said solemnly.

"Are you guys doing costumes?"

What about Patriot???

"The idea right now is dressing up as other Avengers," Tony replied. "Patty has dibs on Thor, so that's one down from the list."

"I like it. I was Hawkeye one year." In a skirt.

"Tempting. I do have the legs for it..."

They both came from a universe with that skirt.

"I'd support it. Just as an FYI," she said. "I might still have it."

"I'll keep you informed of our choices," Tony promised. "If only to see Clint's reaction to it too."

"I'll keep a camera out for it," she promised.
