Rey's warehouse- Friday afternoon
Still an exceedingly normal day at the warehouse. The biggest thing was that the woodchucks had decorated their little area for Halloween, which was a little weird, but tis the season.
And then when one threw a plastic pumpkin at Rey while she was running the course, she actually stopped in her tracks and called, "You're back to normal!"
This is where she was now. Nearly getting pelted in the head with a $2 dollar store find was a sign nature was healing.

That's right, it was being upgraded.
"Especially since Annie's going to be too busy juggling babies by then to be juggling ornaments and tinsel, too. But we've got plenty of parties before then to get through first."

Which she was pretty sure was made up.

"Well, now I'll definitely have to have one," Summer decided.
Especially if it got her out of actual Thanksgiving with her family.

"Or becoming ponies," Rey said, making it worse because she'd brought it up last week. "There's really no shortage of things."

"Oooh, though," said Summer, face brightening with the thought of it. "Ponies would make food pretty easy, though, we could just have oats and barley and, like, hay. But I guess that would be kind of a bummer when the whole point of Thanksgiving is the food."
She paused, amended.
"And sugar-coating colonial genocide, obviously, but that goes without saying."

But how would you even serve that?

A very opposite-of-successful following day, though, like, goodbye, last two weeks of time at the gym...

Putting the cart before the pony, as it were.
