So, the 'subtle' changes around town were even more obvious today as it seemed a good number of businesses in town had been the subject of a... a hostile takeover of some kind. That was right, folks, there were some brand new names for familiar places in town! Complete with new products and the like.

Additionally, all the new workers with the group costume were getting more...aggressive in their sales pitches. Approaching folks on the sidewalks asking them to sign up for store credit cards, chasing people down the street yelling about their loyalty programs, some of them moving in ~~packs~~ groups...hey, how sure are we that those TV heads are just a costume?
