Around Town, Wednesday
Well, the bad news was that none of the businesses had turned back into what they were supposed to be overnight. Also, the weird, television head people were getting a touch more aggressive in their need to get you to sign up for those sweet, sweet deals.
Also, now there were billboards latched onto the sides of buildings along the roads. Yeah, it still didn't seem to quite work if you thought too hard about it.
The good news was that there was a Sheetz now! And a Buc-ee's! Just acres of gas tanks, here on this small island with no motor traffic. Shhh, don't ask questions. Just buy some beaver nuggets.
