Well, there was a suspect in the cells when Danny got in this morning and they were colorful. Not just because of the snow, mind you. (Danny was various shades of green and red himself.) But because they were felt.

And this was just a great lead up to the holidays here.

"You guys booked him, you get the paperwork," Danny said, dumping it back onto the troopers' desks.

How had Sam heard about this? Unimportant! It was funny so of course he was in the know.

"I hope this shall disqualify you from future employment with impressionable children," he said, shaking his head solemnly.

Unfortunately for Sam the splotches of color all over his felt feathers body detracted from the solemnity of it all.

"Meep meep meep meep meep," Beaker echoed, repeating Sam in a sing-song voice.
