Boc was still giving all the ugly Christmas sweaters in stock a rueful look every time he passed them, and then sparing a desperate look toward his staff, who would then shake their heads and tell him that there were still several days left before he could start taking them down and trying to repurpose them into something significantly less offensive.

"Is there any unfortunate fashion traditions I'll have to then worry about after its finished?" he asked, in the sort of voice that didn't seem very certain that it even wanted an answer.

The staff, unhelpfully, shrugged and said they'd have to wait and see. Valentine's Day would probably be safe, but they were really interested to see what Boc might have to say about an excess of hearts for that and then shamrocks in March.
