The Photo Hut; Monday [01/29].
Prompto was eyeing the computer a little suspiciously when he came downstairs for his Monday shift that week, thinking he was going to do what he could to help make the rest of the week easier for Liz by handling some reports and emails, only to find that there really weren't any? Did that mean Liz had managed to get through all of them on Thursday? That would be the logical assumption, but considering how much paperwork she almost always seemed to have, it didn't seem like the correct one. He almost wondered if this was a thing where the paperwork and reports were lying in wake, ready to pounce either on Liz specifically or just on that day....
It honestly wasn't even worth thinking about, probably, but, man, did it feel bad that he couldn't really do anything to help!
So he kept checking, just in case, so he could jump on anything that did come in, and, in the meantime, he was just going to work on uploading and editing some new photos for the website and doing a little work on some planning for Noctra's birthday. He still had a couple of weeks, but it was better to plan now than be sorry later!

"Hi," she smiled and Noctra babbled happily a greeting as well, "are we interrupting?" she was definitely going to feel bad though if suddenly a whole lot of paperwork just appeared right then.

You try one sample box, and they just never want to let you go, apparently!
But, paperwork question now answered, he lifted his face from the computer to meet his two favorite gals with a pleased smile to see them. "Hi," he answered back, then shook his head, "not too much, just sort of going through some stuff, maybe looking for stuff for someone's..." His grin got extra wide as he narrowed in on Noctra specifically, "birthday coming up!"
And, with that, he pushed back his chair a little to hold out his hands to take the soon-to-be-birthday-girl off of Liz's hands. "And trying to get a headstart on paperwork for you, too," he added, "but it seems like you cleared through all of it last week."

He paused a moment, now that he had Noctra, to give her the standard kisses 'til she giggles and settled her down in his lap before she started her standard see if I'm strong enough to rip Dad's hair straight out of his head.
Baldness ran in the family, kid, might want to lay off on that!
"Which is totally unfair," he continued, "and I'm sorry if that's what's really happening, but maybe it really is you managed to plow through it like the paperwork badass you are."
